Craftpoint was founded by Eddie Smith after more than 30 years in senior leadership roles at organisations including B&Q, Kingfisher, Currys and Iceland.

He has led large teams, major transformation programmes and significant changes to the way organisations operate.
Craftpoint is grounded in that first-hand experience and practical understanding of what it takes to lead change, turn strategy into action and deliver results.
